My name is Alexandra Kostecka.
I'm an artist and illustrator, originally from Hrodna, Belarus, now based in Kraków, Poland.

Over the years, I’ve worked as a graphic designer, a leather goods designer, and a commercial illustrator.
Currently, I work full-time creating concept art and visual assets for mobile games.

But ink drawing has always been something else entirely.

It first became part of me in my teenage years — a quiet, focused space where I could feel grounded.
I left it behind for a long time.
Only recently, in the disorientation of emigration and a world that often feels out of balance, did I return to it — as a way to reconnect with myself, my roots, and a slower, more authentic rhythm.

My work explores Symbolism, Meaning, Nature, Folklore, and fragments of Myth.
It draws inspiration from old Slavic books, historical ornaments, and the quieter, darker edges of visual culture.

The Silent Ink for me — is a way to build inner space, line by line. A space of silence, meditation, and ritual.
To build anchors of meaning and a path back to one’s own authenticity.
I draw with a metal nib and black ink, by hand, with care.
Through this practice, I try to create a visual language of stillness and depth — something to hold onto in a restless world.

I’m always grateful when someone resonates with this work and chooses to stay a while.
Welcome
